Dental Hygienist - Chaparral Dental Wellness

About Us:

Here at Chaparral Dental Wellness our dedicated dental team prioritizes patient education to ensure comfortability during their treatments. You will never leave our office without all the information you need! Our qualified team of dental professionals offers a wide range of services that range from oral hygiene and exams to surgical restorations like dental implants. We also offer weekend hours and are open on Saturdays

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team in a fixed-term position until June 2027.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • One Saturday per month

Your Role: 

  • Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care  

  • Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients  

  • Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling  

  • Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour 

   

About You:  

  • Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required 

  • Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required 

  • Valid CPR certification is required
