About the Opportunity

Wheatfield Dental is seeking a caring, patient‑focused Associate Dentist to join a long‑standing, community‑oriented practice in Morinville. With a history spanning almost 30 years and patients who represent multiple generations, this practice is deeply rooted in trust, quality care, and genuine relationships.

The clinic is growing and preparing for the future. This is a proactive growth role with the potential to expand from part‑time to full‑time as demand and coverage needs increase.

The ideal candidate is someone who values long‑term relationships, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and is committed to high‑quality dentistry rather than high‑volume production.

Initial Schedule: 3 days with potential to expand schedule

  • Monday
  • Thursday (evening)
  • Friday

Expansion Options:

  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday
  • Potential to add Saturdays, if desired

This schedule offers the flexibility to grow hours over time depending on the associate’s preference and patient demand.

Mentorship is provided by:

  • Partner dentist Dr. Romanowski
  • Senior dentists Dr. Dave Yuen and Dr. Ahmad Al-Ashi
  • Ability to shadow at network practices, if needed

Skills Desired:

The practice does everything except orthodontics and complex surgeries.

    About You:

    • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

    • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

    • Valid CPR certification
