$20,000 Signing Bonus | 45% of Collections | Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice in Dawson Creek, BC. With our dentist scheduling about one month in advance, this is a great opportunity for a clinician seeking strong patient demand, competitive compensation, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive general dentistry while developing long-term relationships with your patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive and emergency examinations

  • Diagnosis and treatment planning

  • Restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges

  • Preventative and comprehensive patient care

  • Patient education and treatment presentation

  • Ongoing patient management and follow-up

  • Collaboration with the clinical and administrative teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred

  • Strong communication and patient-management skills

  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered dentistry

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
