Midtown Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our established and high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident GP looking for immediate clinical volume, a supportive team environment, and a meaningful long-term pathway as the Partner gradually transitions toward retirement.

The Opportunity

  • Target Start Date: June 2026

  • Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with the opportunity to increase days over time

  • Mentorship Available: Yes

  • Practice Environment: Supported, collaborative, and not fully solo

This role is ideal for a dentist who is comfortable stepping into a busy practice and wants the potential to grow into a larger role over time.

Technology & Digital Workflow

Clinical Scope

This is a broad-scope practice with established surgical and sedation capabilities.

Current services include:

  • Comprehensive general dentistry

  • Basic endodontics

  • Basic oral surgery

  • Advanced oral surgery, including impacted third molars

  • Implant dentistry

  • Sedation services, including nitrous, oral sedation, and IV sedation

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a clinician who is:

  • Experienced and confident in bread-and-butter general dentistry

  • Comfortable in a busy, high-demand environment

  • A strong communicator with a warm, patient-focused approach

  • Able to work well with a collaborative team and contribute positively to clinic culture

  • Comfortable treating a diverse patient base, including emergencies and CDCP patients

  • Interested in long-term growth and potential future leadership/transition opportunities

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
