In many ways, our story begins over three decades ago with a surgeon named Dr. Norman Aurlick. Dr. Aurlick practiced for thirty-five years in East Toronto and serviced his community with tremendous professionalism, care, and compassion. While we have grown to offer a wide range of on-site services, we still hold on to the same values that made Dr. Aurlick so loved. Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and patient-focused Call Center Manager to lead our growing patient care team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our patient experience, driving operational efficiency, and mentoring a team of dedicated professionals.
Schedule: Full-Time
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

The wage for this Call Center Manager position is $70,000-$77,500/annually depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Impact:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Patient Care Coordinators to achieve and exceed service standards
Optimize and manage patient scheduling across multiple surgeons to ensure operational excellence
Develop and enforce high standards for communication, patient confidentiality, and procedural best practices
Oversee patient communication, including managing inbound calls, coordinating referrals, and handling escalated issues
Utilize practice management software to monitor performance, analyze data, and implement process improvements
About You:
3–5+ years of call center management experience, ideally in a dental or healthcare setting is required
Proven leadership ability with a focus on team development and performance
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first attitude
A strong understanding of oral surgery procedures and medical terminology is an asset
Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Abeldent) is required
