LifeSmiles – La Salle is seeking an ambitious and community-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing practice located just outside Winnipeg in the close-knit town of La Salle. Known for its warm, small-town atmosphere and loyal patient base, this is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys autonomy, values community relationships, and is eager to help shape the future of the practice.

Schedule: Monday – Friday with flexibility options

Clinic Setup

  • 3 operatories in total, 2 chairs allocated to the associate

  • Supported by 1–2 hygienists (based on schedule)

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
